Inventory Module Overview​

The promotion module enable you to create an event duration to trigger a product discount automatically. 

This is especially useful to micro manage different types discount promotion for many different inventory items.

Let's take a look at them.

Getting there

In the navigation menu, select  Module > Modifier. 

Notes: Your user role permission level determine if you have access to this module.

Step 1

The modifier function allow you to link up to 10 levels of condiment group per product. 

To add a new modifier

1.  Select the button(Link) under STEP 1 as indicated.

2. Scroll down to (Selection)Tab

3. Select the main product from the list

Step 2     

Select the first level 1

​

1. Select condiment group in the drop down menu. 

2. Select the button(Link) under level 1 as indicated.

3. Scroll down to (SELECTION)Tab and select the condiment group from the list.

Step 3

Set a selection condition such as 

• (Required or Optional)

• (Minimum or Maximum Selection)

Required:

Fill Min  = 0< (Must more than zero)*

Fill Max = 0< (More than zero)*

​

​Optional:

Fill Min  = 0   (Must be zero)*

Fill Max = 0< (More than zero)*

​

Max is a required to fill in 0<

​

Example:

Product configuration

Fish & Chip have a mandatory selection 

choices of sauce and optional add-ons

The settings as followed:

STEP 1   > Inventory

LEVEL 1 > Condiment group [Min: 1] [Max:1]

LEVEL 2 > Condiment group [Min:0] [Max: 5]

Modifier List 

Getting there

In the navigation menu, select Inventory > Modifier > Modifier list tab

Notes: Your user role permission level determine if you have access to this module

The modifier list allow you to edit an existing modifier in the system. 

Select and click on the check box and click confirm to continue.
